  45.     If you use a rom file that you received and have not paid for, that is considered 
  46. piracy. The code that is embedded in the Mac roms is licensed by Apple Computers...in 
  47. order to use it *legally* you need to buy it from Apple or an Apple distributor. It 
  48. doesn't matter if you intend it for personal use.
